Bernard C. Fox Jr. is a private practice lawyer specializing in the fields of workers compensation and Social Security disability. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on December 22, 1948. He received his B.A. from the University of Cincinnati in 1974 and his J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1978. For decades, Fox has acquired the knowledge and skills necessary to fight for the rights of injured and disabled workers. In 1978, he gained admission to the Ohio and U.S. District Court, Southern District Court of Ohio. One year later, he gained admission into the Supreme Court of Florida. By 1982, he was admitted to the United States Supreme Court and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. With the progression of each year, Fox has gained new admittance and status within the justice system.

Fox has shown an unyielding determination for every case and has been awarded membership into The Ohio State Bar Association, The Florida Bar Association, The Cincinnati Bar Association, and The Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers. He has gained experience as an Assistant Attorney General in not only the Industrial Commission Investigations Division, but also in the Workers’ Compensation Section. As an individual, Fox has won a respectful reputation as a hard working Cincinnati workers comp attorney and is a special counsel to the attorney general of Ohio. His own contributions and those of his dedicated Fox & Fox attorneys represent the spirit and fortitude to never give up in the fight for justice.
